Fore and latter parts gentle breezes at ENE, in the night had light airs & Calm — In the Evening the yawl came in with 4 turtle and a large sting-ray and soon after went out again but the Pinnace did not return as I expected.    In the AM employ'd geting on board the Cables — At the same time I went upon one of the high hill on the north side of the harbour River from which I had an extensive view of the inland country which consisted of hills vallies and large plains, agreeably deversified with woods and lawns —
